During an initial consultation, we'll guide you through the bespoke process and discuss your inspirations and design direction. Schedule an appointment or stop by our high street location to meet with our expert team and explore your design ideas, style preferences, timeline and budget.
Two.
Based on your brief, we will source a selection of stones and prepare designs tailored just for you. By working with only the finest and most ethical gem and diamond suppliers worldwide, we have access to rare and unique cut stones, as well as high-value, investment pieces. Our bespoke service often includes custom visuals and a 3D printed model to refine every aspect of your design, ensuring the creation of a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
Three.
Once you’ve approved the design, we’ll begin crafting your piece with meticulous attention to detail. Our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship blends modern techniques with time-honoured skills, ensuring the creation of a remarkable piece that will endure for generations. The process typically takes 6-8 weeks (depending on the complexity of the design) from confirmation to completion.
